UNWIND.
In 2011 we decided to convert half of our huge stone barn into accommodation for visitors. The result is a lovely airy space 7mx7m over two floors, the rest of the barn is uninhabited.
The layout is 'upside down' with the loft-style kitchen/living area upstairs resulting in an airy light-filled space from which you can enjoy the spectacular views and the two good-sized bedrooms downstairs that are cool no matter how hot the weather.

KID FRIENDLY.
Having had a few of our own we know how hard it can be to go away and not have all the kit you have at home. We provide an assortment of practical kiddie paraphernalia such as a travel cot, plastic cups, cutlery, books, and a selection of quality toys to play with. Please don't hesitate to ask.
The huge decked south-facing balcony provides a secluded space for the whole family to enjoy meals, a barbecue or to sunbathe.

BREATHE.
The beautiful and calm environment has a wonderfully relaxing effect on guests young and old, and within hours of arriving guests usually find themselves lounging by the swimming pool or settled on the wide balcony, soaking in the views with a glass of the local wine…And if that sounds idyllic, a wander into the woods where there are streams and secluded natural swimming pools is magical! The Barn is available to rent from April to November.
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with bath and shower, and two double bedrooms. One bedroom with a king-sized bed, and the second room has twin beds, 90 x 200cm. We can add a travel cot or a child’s bed on request. On the first floor, there is an open-plan living space with doors leading onto a terrace, with bistro tables, chairs, and two Fatboy beanbags. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a TV and a wood fired stove for cooler evenings in the living area.
The Barn sleeps four people. From 800€ per week.
This price includes linen, towels, soap, cleaning products, two loo rolls. The closest supermarket is SuperU in Mirepoix, ten minute’s drive from the Barn. This is open Monday to Saturday 8.30 am - 7.30 pm and on Sundays 9 am - 12.30pm
